1. Why is hiring a licensed plumber important? 

Hiring a licensed plumber is a safety issue and protects you. Licensed plumbers will make sure all work is done to code. We have come across some very unsafe plumbing work over the years done by unlicensed plumbers.

 Also, did you know there are many felons out there running plumbing companies? They aren't licensed. Why? The State of Ohio will not issue a plumbing license to a felon. Licensed plumbers can pull permits. Cities will only let licensed plumbers register with the city. Proof of plumbing license has to be provided along with liability insurance and bonding. 

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and checks. Payment is due upon job completion.

3. Can I schedule an appointment?

If there is a day that works well for you, we will do our best to accommodate. Emergency calls always take precedence, but we will always do our best.

4. Do you charge hourly?

Never. Every job is different so every price is custom to the work you need. All pricing is given prior to the job beginning. If additional issues are found as we are working, we will let you know.

5. Do you give free estimates?

We can give you a range over the phone. If you'd like us to come out for a free estimate we will accommodate you between service calls. However, if we need to spend a good deal of time at your home, there may be a diagnostic charge.
